Item Category Bug: Spawning individual round quantity based on quickbelt only spawns 1 instance #18

It seems that spawning magazines works fine when using spawn based on quickbelt, but when changing the parameters to include things like shotgun shells and ammunition without clips/magazines/speedloaders, it only spawns a single unit instead. I was trying to make it so sosig kills randomly drop some loose ammo based on your quickbelt but it doesn't seem to work that way. Changing the round count values doesn't seem to impact how many spawn and will always spawn one. For example, a single shot rifle round or shotgun shell will always spawn one if it doesn't have a clip/magazine/speedloader associated.

I can change the spawn count number, and that technically works, but then the clip/magazine/speedloader drops multiply by that amount.
