Using FFTW with the current code

Hi,
I would like to ask if anyone already successfully use an external library with the current PX4Flow code.
For me, I am trying to use FFTW3 [http://www.fftw.org] to process the optical flow but so far did not manage to compile successfully.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Any update?

I wonder if adding CFLAGS in the makefile would be sufficient.

CFLAGS = -I/Path/To/FFTW3
