Draft not showing in "User Drafts"

Re to issue #351, working on dev site I'm also not seeing the draft I saved of full PREreview.

However, the draft is there when I go back to the review editor

In dev site, I logged out and then back in and found that again the draft was not under user Drafts, but I found it in the full PREreview editor. Oddly, the co-reviewers and mentor button was greyed out and I didn't see G. Swan, the anonymous persona I added as co-reviewer (and accepted invitation for) in the editor.
