Migrate prereviews from v1 platform

All PREreviews from the v1 platform, https://www.prereview.org/, should be imported into the new platform. On v1 the prereviews are mixed in with articles and other types of content, so use the prereview tag filter to get actual prereviews.

Steps:

• research Authorea API
  • there doesn't appear to be a content API so I have started a scraper instead
• create an archive that can be directly imported into the database
• add archive import to the database creation script

we are now awaiting the outcome of the user permission request mailout

once the responses come in, the remaining tasks are:

• create an archive of prereviews on v1 platform by authors that gave permissions that can be directly imported into the database
• add archive import to the database creation script

added on-hold while we wait for repsonses. @dasaderi is there a cutoff date by which we want to go ahead with importing data for any users that have responded so far?

I bugged them twice. I can email them again, but I don't know if they will respond. Do we have a plan B that does not involve getting their blessing/help? What would that be?

We can try to scrape the content and set up equivalent URLs so that the DOIs still resolve. Not ideal at all but should be possible.

We got the data from Authorea on PREreviews for which we got approval from the authors to transfer. Now we need to migrate the data.
