Discrepancies between experimental and PNM results

Dear PNM community,

I am seeking your insights on interpreting my experimental results for porosity and permeability in a low-connectivity sandstone sample. My experimental porosity value is 9%, but I am obtaining higher calculated values ranging from 11-12%. Similarly, my experimental permeability value is 50 mD, whereas the PNM modeling yielded a 6 mD.

It is worth noting that my sandstone sample has very low connectivity throughout. Despite this, if my results are still considered good, I would appreciate any suggestions on the possible reasons for the discrepancies between the experimental and calculated values. Additionally, any guidance on how to reconcile these results with the PNM model output would be most helpful.
