There are two deliverables regarding the findings of the Discovery Phase.

Deck with preliminary findings

Purpose is to prepare a deck (try to keep to 15 slides) to provide findings and key take-away messages. There will be two decks that will be based on the same info but have different conclusions and next steps based on the two audience groups (VPs and FPTI WG). This will first be presented at VP meeting on Jan 22 and then to FPTI WG on Jan 27. We will likely discuss at the Sub-WG on Jan 16. The following is the proposed timeline:

o Dec 17: Draft deck template to be sent out and discussed
o Dec 19 COB: Deck populated
o Dec 20: Meeting to finalize deck
o Dec 23: Jan 3, 2025 - Review for comments
o Jan 6: Comments consolidated
o Jan 7 – 15: Review by IDVPB, ON, BC
o Jan 16: Check in with Sub-WG
o Jan 17: Finalize deck and send to VPs
o Jab 22: Presentation to VP
o Jan 23 AM: Update deck based on VPs feedback and send to FPTI WG

Full Report with findings

Purpose is to prepare the final report for the Discovery phase using a template that will be prepared by Angela, Andrew N and Henry. In preparing the template, we will need to understand what the purpose of this report is, in particular how this relates to the other deliverables for this phase: Environmental Scan Report and Evaluation Framework.

• The current report in the shared folder will be used as the raw data
• A template for the final report to be shared with the team to populate
• Recommend for timing:
o Complete draft Jan 15 – Feb 2
o IDVPB, PTs review the draft Feb 5 – March 8
