Introduction to HPC

In this lesson we will introduce the PDC Center for High Performance Computing (HPC) and show various ways in which PDC resources can be used efficiently.

Prerequisites

• You need to have a PDC account
  • see the PDC support pages for instructions for how to apply for an account
• You need to set up Kerberos for authentication and configure your ssh command
  • see the PDC support pages for instructions specific to different operating systems
