PCRTCOverscan stays on "mode=1" even if "Show Overscan" was disabled from Game Properties and "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes" was enabled.
[GameDB] Manual GS hardware renderer fixes are enabled, not using automatic hardware renderer fixes from GameDB.
[GameDB] Enabled GS Hardware Fix: PCRTCOverscan to [mode=1]
Reproduction Steps
Launch a game that has "Show Overscan" already enabled through GameDB (example: Crash Twinsanity [PAL])
Try to disable "Show Overscan" from Game Properties
Notice that the option doesn't do anything because GameDB says it stays on no matter what
Expected Behavior
When "Show Overscan" is disabled then PCRTCOverscan to mode=0

Operating System
Windows 11
If Linux - Specify Distro
