Description

emulog prints OSD comments, so it may contain RTL languages like Arabic.
Which, may confuse the text editor or parser (and potentially make language barrier)
So, I think it's wise to make emulog only contain English, even language is set other than en-US.

Reason

I feel it can potentially confuse the text editor or parser (and potentially make language barrier)
