In 21.3 suddenly CSD´d apps now show an ugly extra black border. Know this when you upgrade from 21.2 to 21.3 and are using gtk3-nocsd. Uninstalling gtk3-nocsd helps but the developers seem not to be sensitive to the fact that users are still looking to avoid this dreadful bar. Take notice that Celluloid comes with CSD enabled BUT this can be turned off and shows a working GTK3 top bar! Please do the same for all these apps that have CSD only!

You can switch to Xnocsd. libX11 based solution.

It replaces compositor check functions and say compositor is off.
