Error trying to add an library #1731

Describe the bug

I have installed the plugin.
The plugin is shown on my Agent's page
I tried to create a new library (I tried with Films or Other Videos), and on the Advanced Tab, I have selected:
- Scanner: Plex Video Files
- Agent: PhoenixAdult
When I click on the Save Changes button I receive the message: Your changes could not be saved.
