Implement a new menu option "Settings" that can be used to house various global settings like:

Multiview presets
Default ports for multiviews
Default ports for outputs
Default ports for pipeline streams
Defaults for html source sizes
Defaults for A/V encode settings
Defaults for SRT sources/outputs
Etc
