watch for httr2's release

httr2 is a ground-up rewrite of httr that provides a pipeable API with an explicit request object that solves more problems felt by packages that wrap APIs (e.g. built-in rate-limiting, retries, OAuth, secure secrets, and more).

v0.2.2 was just released to CRAN. We should consider switching from httr to httr2 once it hits v1.0. No current complaints with httr, so no rush.

As of today, the httr site says

httr is superseded: only changes necessary to keep it on CRAN will be made. We recommend using httr2 instead.

But httr2 is just v0.2.3. For now, I'll keep watching for some indication that the httr2 interface will be consistent over time.
