Describe the bug
Even when I have guests disabled, which I occasionally do, when the colony is in a bad state, or
when I summoned a threat or accepted a quest where 10000 manhunters will come, rescued pawns still become guests.

Describe the solution you propose
They just don't become guests, but leave the map.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Add a mod option, whether downed pawns that have recovered may become guests automatically.
