What problem does your suggestion solve
Certain factions don't make sense as visitors when it comes to Hospitality specifically, like ones comprised of pawns lacking mood and other needs that Hospitality sees as them leaving hating their visit.

Describe the solution you propose
Simply an option in the settings or a mod extension that can be patched into a mods factionDef to exclude it from sending visitors. Something in the settings would be more universally applicable so users can make the choice themselves.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively excluding specific races and/or xenotypes through a setting/mod extension, as that'd make it a lot more specific.

It's a pretty fringe request, but I see the point. Welcome to the endless list of features that will never happen.
