Ingest GA4 Into OD

Descriptive summary

Currently Google Analytic will stop everything from GA3 and anything before that (Universal Analytic) by July 1st, 2023. What we need is to setup GA4 into OD2 and the old OD as well.

PS: If we want old data from GA, we should leave the old GA as it is after the move and don't delete it

Expected behavior

To have the javascript code for GA4 to be implemented into OD2 and setup the id key in the right place to start collecting data before the big transition on July 1st.
