Describe the bug

Most times I am viewing details for a specific ONS term, and sometimes even vocabulary, the page display looks wonky -- like CSS is not functioning as intended or at all.

Sometimes, refreshing the page fixes the display. Most times it does not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://opaquenamespace.org/
  2. Click on any vocabulary, for example http://opaquenamespace.org/ns/localCollectionName
  3. Scroll down and click on a "Child Term," for example http://opaquenamespace.org/ns/localCollectionName/mss_cordley
  4. See wonky page display as in screenshot below

Expected behavior

I expect page to be displayed with styling consistent with other ONS pages.
