[Documentation] Setup the analytics and the user consent in the iOS documentation

As a User of the dev documentation
I want be asked if I consent to share the information of my usage of the site
So that I can decide to accept or refure to contribute to the data analytics gathering

As a Product Owner of the Design System
I want to view the dev documentation usage
So that I can drill down all the plateform specific usage

Requirement

• The current Analytics tag used in the ODS documentation should be used in this dev documentation as well
• The current consent request used in ODS setup should be used in this dev documentation as well

• What is the analytics solution?
• How should it be used?
• How should it be integrated?
• What for?

We only have a very small HTML pages generated on the fly, seem boring and complicated to add a consent and analytics solution for the documentation. Do we got useful inputs and data with the ODS experience?
