Getting error, "vm: * A box must be specified." with vagrant up

hi,

Trying to set GOAD on a Windows 10 host. After doing Git clone of GOAD, changed directory to F:\virtualmachines\ad\GOAD\ad\GOAD\providers\vmware and ran vagrant up. Getting error,

Using Vagrant Vagrant 2.4.3
vagrant-vmware-desktop (3.0.4, global) [ running on VMware Workstation 15]

not sure what i am doing wrong, but any help is appreciated.

ran goad.py and installed the VMs without issues instead of directly running vagrant up. i am all set now. thanks.
