Consider the below scenario.

The desired outcome is that org/repob config locations would be evaluated as https://raw.githubusercontent.com/org/repob/.sourcehawk/config.yml

sourcehawk.yml

config-locations:
  - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/org/repob/sourcehawk.yml

org/repob
