Stalled job with higher priority has to wait other jobs with lower priority to being processed again.

I add jobs to bull queue with priority and only use one worker. When the worker crashes, a job stalls. I restart workers and add many other jobs to queue. I find that this stalled job has to wait other jobs finish to be processed, although it has higher priority.
I want to ask some questions about queue with priority.

1. Worker will check stalled job after each stalledInterval seconds. If find a stalled job, what will worker do ?
2. When is a stalled job processed again ? Does Bull make sure stalled job with higher priority will be processed before than many jobs with lower priority which are added and are waiting.
3. All workers check stalled job ? It causes duplicate checking !!??
