There's no playback indicator (in the playlist) for disallowed presets

Along these lines... I think when the playlist is paused, not showing information and icons for the "up next" or "transitioning to" preset would be helpful. Put another way: right now there are up to two "playing" icons in the playlist... but one of them can be missing and the other misleading. We have the "up next" information on the right anyway and could probably have a better UI for jumping to it there anyway.
