Describe the bug
[Clear Sky] Crash at loading screen (loading textures) on new game.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky GOG (setup_stalker_cs_2.1.0.10)
2. Install nightly build OpenXRay.Release.Master.Gold.64-bit (bin folder only), and Clear Sky gamedata.
3. Edit fsgame.ltx ($game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\)
4. Launch game with xrEngine.exe inside bin folder
5. Start a new game on any difficulty setting

Expected behavior
On new game, the game will freeze at loading screen (loading textures), then crash to desktop right after.

• OS: Windows 7 64bit
• OpenXRay latest nightly (build on Feb 12, 2023)

Additional context
Only bin (along with gamedata) folder was installed. Didn't install patches folder nor fsgame.ltx.
