At a previous scrum, @NMichas had suggested that we create an installation guide for the system's applications. The suggestion was received well, and I can propose two different ways to go about it.
Create an installation guide for the system in its current state: That would include instructions for the download and configuration of necessary software, deployment instructions, etc.
Invest effort in packaging the system more efficiently: This will include dockerization of required software, automated (to the highest extend possible) deployment of the applications, etc.
My suggestion would be to take option 2. It is not certain that we will be able to provide an "one-line installation" - since there may be some configuration settings which could require manual intervention - but we will be very close to it.
Please let me know what you think about it.

@jude2018, I have invested my effort in the past days assisting @dimipapadeas with the Vagrant deployment issue (OpenWIS/openwis#287), since I believe it is high-priority.
The original 1PD estimate still stands. I can get back to this today and have it ready by tomorrow EOD if you wish.
