I am having trouble uploading large phylogenomic data sets from treebase studies. When I try to upload these using phylografter, I get the error message, 'valid study id required'. I contacted treebase help and they said the studies look good and the issue is probably due to phylografter. I have a list of ~20 of these troublesome studies. Below are example treebase study id numbers for 3 of these studies.

Thanks for your help,
Chris

The first one on the list doesn't have many taxa, is it importing all the
gene trees? I don't imagine so because there are only a dozen trees in the
treebase sample. Is it hiccuping because it is trying to import the actual
data matrix perhaps?

Not import the data per se, but it parses the data from the nexml. I
suppose the best thing is to have phylografter skip the data blocks for now.

I still have a timing issue looking at more than 25 OTUs at a time. Is there development on this?
Thanks
