Assets: Windows build has lightning broken?

While using https://github.com/kortemik/OpenTechEngineBuilds/tree/assets with our assets branch (built without cegui) it seems that lightning is broken, some surfaces work but others are deep dark. I will attach images soon.

Confirmed in upstream also (RB3DOOM).

I'll try your build in my windows machine to see if I see the error with all the lights. in Linux works ok
