New user information for registration and profile editing forms

To ensure that we are servicing different groups, especially under-represented groups, we need to have some metrics. So, it'll be good to have some new, mostly, optional fields in the profiles that people can fill if they want to. This could be a second screen where people can "set up their profile", and include all the social media and github links and all that:

• compulsory: free text box: "what is your interest in OSB"?
• location (drop down with countries?)
• institution (similar to affiliation, but more the university than the research group or whatever)
• profession: researcher/non-academic/student
