Map seamark objects into tables

Add all seamark objects with their documented attributes in separate tables.
The goal is to get all relevant nodes into the database via an OSM import.

I have developed a script that parses the wiki page and creates the import mapping file. It also creates the tm2source required to export the the vector tiles into the mbtiles file.

The tile server already serves the complete dataset.

Todo:

• Add an automatic export as geojson
• Finish and add the script
• Remove the handwritten mapping files
• Remove the Mapbox studio option since it is not necessary to edit the tm2source (?)
