Open Modular 3.1.14-382(CurseForge latest) Turrets requires OMLib [3.1.5-256, 3.1.99-999), while Open Modular Passive Defense 3.2.0-76(also, CurseForge latest) requires OMLib [3.2.0-256, 3.2.99-999).

It's just not possible to put them together.
