Reject build does not remove files from repo #14

Rejecting build that is published on testing repository does not remove files from repository. This leaves a lot of trash on repo. Please fix.

We really badly needs a feature to remove files from testing repository when package got "rejected" on ABF.

@fedya @avokhmin Maybe you could help here ?
