I did not see a link for reset in the email. I am not clear how the technical support works.

Yes, this needs to be addressed, a must fix. It's confusing.

I have correctly received a password reset email at the registered email address. When viewed in IBM Verse the password list in the same white colour as the background so can be difficult to notice, however the Skills Network team are aware of this issue.

I cannot reproduce the problem on gmail. Except reset password for the account created by 3rd-party SSO.

IBM verse not work

gmail and yahoo mail have no this issue.
It happens on notes or verse.
