libgrf and grf_extract

grf_extract lists and extracts files from GRF and GPF files.

$ make
$ ./grf_extract_64 --help
./grf_extract_64 file.grf file_to_extract [file_to_save_as]
  -g --glob    treat file_to_extract as a globbing pattern
  -h --help    this help
