For non-editable maps, allow automated creation of maps based on URL parameters #442

What I have in mind here is linking from things like this multi-topic Scholia profile to one or more OK Maps that would be created on the fly based on a query containing search strings like "data sharing" OR "outbreak dynamics" ... (or the equivalent Wikidata identifiers).

We could then include such links in Scholia profiles, and the generation of the OK Maps could be triggered either automatically once the Scholia profile page is rendered or manually by the Scholia user clicking their way through to any of the available OK Maps options.
