Another minor visual blemish. Most noticeable on the right end of the yellow bar.

Browser: Firefox 74.0 (64-bit) for Ubuntu.
OS: Lubuntu 16.04

It does the same thing after opening any modal - the information modal, the embed modal, the project resources modal (VIPER).
