Unable to boot media, fix iso needed

Trying all version to boot on two devices Macbook Pro 2011 late and Panasonic cfmx-4 and had real trouble. I think issue like this shouldn't preserve and something needs to be done.

Please use dd directly and not Rufus. Also, are you the creator of the thread in question? If not please provide an error message.

ISO can only be used for CDROM boot and VM. USB needs to be dd ed to the stick. If you need a UI try https://etcher.balena.io/ it does the same thing as dd but also on Windows. Be aware that we have no side by side install option. You need to dedicate a Harddrive for the System. Installing into pre partioned disks is not possible.

It booted on dd command however GUI failed to run. No optical drive on laptop anyway. I will stick with VM maybe, I thought that install will be similar to FreeBsD or so but it lack many user friendly features

If you have AMDGPU or intel there is currently an open Bug with the Graphics driver that got borked. People are working on it but it does take time.
