Describe the solution you'd like

support adaptive link software install/update/settings

In FPV, flying through obstacles is quite common. However, during such situations, the signal is affected by various interferences and attenuation, leading to changes in signal quality. Introducing AdaptiveLink at this point can further ensure signal stability, striking a balance between quality and interference. It is expected to provide configuration support for enabling this feature.
