FGDC XML to Aardvark schema json transformation to be used with GeoCombine

Draft version 1 is available on GeoCombine branch:
https://github.com/OpenGeoMetadata/GeoCombine/blob/draft_fgdc2Aardvark/lib/xslt/fgdc2Aardvark_draft_v1.xsl

Notes on further enhancement needs/decision points embedded in comments in xsl.
