Use Registry rather than an atom when naming Kafka pipelines #2377

Using an atom was ok for initial test purposes, but atoms are never garbage-collected and this will cause memory issues.

Broadway supports the use of a :via tuple for naming the pipeline processed but, currently, BroadwayKafka does not.

Parking this while I await feedback wrt us contributing this functionality to the library.

Closing because we are happy to just use interned trigger_ids as pipeline names for now.
