By using advanced widgets
Based on structure:

For ware tags:

Known categories (domain::/process::/method::)

For issue tags:

Known types: (type::bug, type::feature, type::review)
Known urgency (urgency::low, urgency::normal, urgency::high)

Allow extensibility of suggested tags based on structure customizable by user (similar to Gitlab issue tags)
