Description of the issue

Many identical/almost identical functions in the opr_reviewer.js and opr_contributor.js files, which when changing the functionality leads to errors in one of the files.

Ideas of solution

Create a common file with functions that were identical in both files that could be imported into the opr_reviewer.js and opr_contributor.js files to avoid errors when changing functions.
