Toggle to request verified eduID when accepting invitation

When verified attribute is implemented for eduID. Enable asking for 'verified' eduID. As toggle in the 'invitation details' of a role.

Add disclaimer -> only ask if this is required for this process. Identity verification is privacy invasive and costly.
