Email panels' speakers

Email panelists to thank them and ask for permission to release their slides under CC-BY 4.0 license. Or we can ask them if they want to put them on Zenodo?

I already e-mailed them and most have responded. I'll e-mail them again to specify the license info. If they want us to put them on Zenodo would the slides go on our website as well as Zenodo?

I think to go on Zenodo they'd need to be made into a ppt or pdf? I have never done it. I have only put mine on Figshare, but Leslie recommended Zenodo. I would not feel comfortable sharing the google slide link without a license and I don't think you can attach one to gslides. Robin must know more about this. Let's wait for her comment.

cool. I'm just not sure if all of them will be familiar with Zenodo, so I would want to make sure to describe it in an e-mail and request their permission a second time to do that

Kadija sent me her slides, so I can add them to the Drive. Leslie said he is going to publish his slides on Zenodo and will send us the link.

Wondering where and how we should link to the material? In the program and outlinks to the PDFs directly (or the Zenodo repository in the case of Leslie)?
