Relationships not displaying in Knowledge tab for STIX file Import

Description

When importing a STIX file into an existing report, relationships between entities are not being mapped in the Knowledge tab, despite:

• Entities being correctly displayed in the Knowledge tab (following this issue:Entities validated in a report's analyst workbench are not included in the report #8178)
• Relationships being successfully imported in the OpenCTI database

Environment

OpenCTI version: 6.3.11

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Navigate to an existing report
2. Import STIX file into the report (containing entities and relationships)
3. Open the Knowledge tab
4. Observe that while entities are visible, no relationship are displayed

Expected Output

Relationships should be presented between entities in the Knowledge tab

Actual Output

• Entities appear correctly in the Knowledge tab
• No relationships are shown in the Knowledge tab
• Relationships are confirmed to exist when navigating to a specific entity view but are not visualized

@EinatAR when you check you report in your wrokbench (go in report, click on add & complete) are the relations selected?

I do not reproduce on Demo with the following file: 2024-11-14t08_15_56.805z_tlp_all_(exportfilestix2)_report-how to improve cyber threat investigations with ti lookup_full (1).json
Also we recently fixed a bug about this: #8818
