BEL Nanopub/BKN collaboration workflows

Document how to collaborate with BEL content (nanopubs). How do we share knowledge with other groups, people? Are Nanopub Stores shared, BKN's? show some typical use cases/workflows for sharing BEL Nanopubs, BKN's and RDF created from BEL Nanopubs (e.g. Julia doesn't necessarily want to create a BKN - she just want's integrate-able RDF.

BKN's are agglomerative but also effectively non-shareable, the BEL Documents to create a BKN are shareable.
