Create a parameter IsActive at the top container of an event group.
Start event condition depends on IsActive.

Can be used for calculation of DDI ratios and oral availability.

Parameter "DrugMass" can also use this flag... so if IsActive == 0, the Dose of the application is not added to the total drug mass.
