No errors shown in the Notifications in some cases

Saved an organ from a valid PK-Sim module to pkml, loaded it into a new module and created an individual:

Trying to create a simulation with the module plus the individual shows an error:

I assume this is because the module is missing the Organism container and some other parameters are missing? After discadring the error, no errors are shown in the Notification view.

If I add (an empty) Organism container and load Brain underneath it, the error log is actually informative:
