Data for DevOps roadmap

For #4 (Milestone: 1)
Contribute DevOps Roadmap data in the format of frontend.json, the file should be named devops_data.json, for now put the file in finetune_data folder (this will be changed in the future)
Take reference from roadmap.sh

I'd like to work on the SadakAI project, it seem interesting. Tho I'd first like to start work by doing this issue so that I can get a pretty good idea about the entire project. Will definitely contribute more to the entire project.

also I will be updating a few things soon, will be doing that in a seperate branch so you can start your work on main branch's fork any time

update: About the new development branch
you can look into #16 if you are willing to take that up as well, it is a feature enhancement issue for the local-llm branch

bonus: I will also be accepting PRs that update the training data in the local-llm branch as well, so you can update the data in the main branch and then make a PR to push the data to local-llm branch as well :)

heads up, today is the last day I will be accepting PRs for hacktoberfest

I will keep working on the devops issues, regardless of hacktoberfest. I am just interested in the field. It's just delayed due to some personal problems I am dealing with right now.
