Description

Need to update 3rd-party package for x32 and x64 MSVC 144 (VS 2022 latest).
Move to latest versions of the software except FFMPEG (need to use the old version, but rebuild with new compiler).
The 3rd-party archive content must be similar with:
https://github.com/Open-Cascade-SAS/OCCT/releases/tag/V7_8_0

3rd-party list:

Version list must be created after build with clear versioning.
Each package must contains license info.

Use Case

Build OCCT 7.9 with new 3rd-party delivery.

Benefits

Using latest compilers and lib versions
