[Bug]: Scheduled Post Publish Notification stopped working in v3.x

What happened?

Scheduled Post Publishing Notification was working perfectly with v2 but after migration to v3 it doesn't work anymore ... you have to manually Update/Save the published post again to send out the notifications

6.7.1

OneSignal Plugin version

3.0.6

Steps to reproduce?

Schedule a Post
Push Notification expected Once Published

What did you expect to happen?

Post Notification to be sent out for Scheduled Posts

Thank you, I wish I knew this and I wasn't upgrading to v3 because it doesn't send push for scheduled posts anymore and we are losing audience now
