…e as intented Name particles were ignored in our draft version of the CSL support used in the Summer edition of the Tolkien studies' bibliography. Support is being added for them, and we know how we want them rendered in our custom MLA-derived style (demoted).
Default will now be to print cited references only. Here we want them all.

Branch for the "Winter edition" of A bibliography of Tolkien studies in French & English
Note (it's orthogonal to this PR) that the Winter ed. PDF will likely be generated with a newer version of the CSL citation support for SILE (fixing name particles, page ranger delimiters, etc.) -- So this is not tracked here.
